Three minutes later Gibson assisted Mary Giaimo on a score for a 2-0 Seahawks lead. South River continued the pressure on the Gopher's keeper and Marisa Falsone scored unassisted in the seventh minute to push the lead to 3-0. Maddie Bonzella added to the lead at the twelve minute mark when she took a pass from Makenzie Shields and shot past the keeper for a four goal lead. Fine play by the Glen Burnie keeper held the Seahawks scoreless for the next twenty minutes until Mia Piazza dribbled through the defense and scored unassisted to take South River to a 5-0 halftime lead. The Seahawks continued the pressure in the second half and Bonzella was assisted by Morgan McLean at the 37 minute mark for a 6-0 lead. Bonzella recorded her hat trick at the 42 minute mark when Kelsey Racette passed to her in the box and she shot low past the keeper to give the Seahawks a 7-0 lead. Racette added to her earlier assist with a goal of her own when she scored unassisted four minutes later to give South River an eight goal lead. At the 61 minute mark Ashley Tarjick crossed a ball into the box to Giaimo who shot past the keeper for her second goal of the game. Kayla Bobick helped finish the scoring when she passed to Falsone who also scored her second goal of the game for a 10-0 final.
