The Seahawks traveled to Gambrills to face a strong Arundel High School Wildcats squad.  Both teams played a back and forth game with the majority of the game played in the midfield.  The scoreless tie was broken when Alyssa Cowens fired past the keeper six minutes into the game for a 1-0 Seahawks lead.  Arundel answered less than a minute later when they passed a perfect cross that was tipped by Seahawks keeper, Alexis Dolbow, but was received by a Wildcat forward who shot past the prone Dolbow to tie the score at 1-1.  The remainder of the first half was again played in the midfield until Gabby Holbert found an open net two minutes before halftime and fired unassisted past the keeper for a 2-1 South River lead.  The second half was again played mainly in the midfield until Arundel was awarded a direct kick from 25 yards out.  The kick was fired over the South River wall and was headed toward the goal but Seahawks keeper, Maddie DuBois, tipped the ball over the crossbar and preserved the 2-1 lead.  Riley Reinhart added a security goal for the Seahawks when she took a corner kick from Gabby Holbert and scored for a 3-1 South River lead.  Arundel was not able to get a shot on goal the final minutes and the Seahawks closed out the win over a very good Wildcats team, for their eighth consecutive win to finish out the season.
