The Seahawks fought hard against the Knights of North County. After giving up four runs early the Seahawks battled back to earn a score of 5 to 4 through the fifth inning. Freshman pitcher, Morgan O'Brien, was pulled up from JV to pitch the final innings. The Seahawks fell 10 to 4 in seven innings. Sophomore Ashleigh Ruggiero played superb defense and added an rbi. Junior Brandi Dohm drove in two runs off of a triple and scored a run later. Senior Alexis Ring added a run and an rbi. Junior Michelle Elliott was two for three with a run scored. Senior Katlyn Evans added a hit and made a terrific catch in centerfield.
