In the first game of their doubleheader with Southern, the Seahawks won 19 to 4. Nicole McFee picked up the win giving up just six hits. She also added a hit and scored a run. Andrea Jones reached base in all five of her at bats, scoring 3 times and driving in 2 runs. Lexi Ferguson scored three times and drove in a run. Haley Walker scored twice and drove in a run. Catherine Kidney scored twice and drove in two runs. Amanda Evans scored twice and drove in a run. Catcher Brittney Barlow scored two runs. Cori Wilson scored three runs and collected two hits for the day. Naomi Johnson scored a run and drove in a run.
