The Seahawks traveled to Fort Meade to play the Mustangs of Meade High School.  Parry Wilson opened the scoring for South River unassisted at the 13 minute mark.  Five minutes later Jaclyn Bredenkamp had a long throw-in which was deflected by a Meade defender into the goal for an own goal and a 2-0 Seahawks lead.  At the 26 minute mark, Anna Ballard launched a corner kick into the box that was taken off the chest of Rachael Barge into the goal to push the lead to 3-0.  Jonna Anderson added to the lead minutes later when she scored unassisted on a breakaway.  South River led 4-0 at the halftime break.  The Seahawks continued their offensive dominance after the whistle when Bredenkamp scored unassisted four minutes into the second half.  Two minutes later, Adriana Parker took a pass from Jordan Bailey and shot past the Meade keeper for a six goal lead.  Wilson scored her second goal of the game unassisted at the 43 minute mark for a 7-0 South River lead.  The lead was pushed to eight when Kambrea Smith scored unassisted at the 53 minute mark.  Cherie Dowden closed out the Seahawks scoring with a 25 yard shot through the defense that found its way into the corner of the net for a 9-0 final decision.  South River goalkeepers Sam Smith and Maddie Dubois did not allow the Mustangs to score for their fifth straight clean sheet.
